Priorities
- Must benefit individuals/families in Washtenaw County
- Must be submitted by a tax-exempt organization
- Community-based projects that are innovative and inclusive
- Projects that involve parents in the design of the program, as volunteers, or as advisors
- Collaborative programming between two or more agencies
